- Management of the CCH Office functions
- Staff Administration and Human Resources Issues
- Management of the “Bridge” facility
- ChildSafe Risk Management Officer
- Management of CCH People Database
- Working 3 days a week

Able to:

- be entrusted with confidential matters
- communicate and manage people effectively, including delegating
- apply intermediate computer skills
- make strategic decisions necessary for releasing the Lead Pastor to best apply his skills and abilities
- work to tight deadlines with short notice
- display a comprehensive understanding of all ministry areas across the church
- champion the CCH cause
Qualities Required:
- Love for Jesus and his church
- Wholehearted commitment to the vision, values and ministry of CCH
- A professional work ethic
- Willingness to take a risk i.e. a faith approach
- Teachable and open to learning new ways of doing ministry
