  • Management of the CCH Office functions
  • Staff Administration and Human Resources Issues
  • Management of the “Bridge” facility
  • ChildSafe Risk Management Officer
  • Management of CCH People Database
  • Working 3 days a week

Able to:

  • look ahead and proactively prepare for what is required
  • be entrusted with confidential matters
  • communicate and manage people effectively, including delegating
  • apply intermediate computer skills
  • make strategic decisions necessary for releasing the Lead Pastor to best apply his skills and abilities
  • work to tight deadlines with short notice
  • display a comprehensive understanding of all ministry areas across the church
  • champion the CCH cause

Qualities Required:

  • Love for Jesus and his church
  • Wholehearted commitment to the vision, values and ministry of CCH
  • A professional work ethic
  • Willingness to take a risk i.e. a faith approach
  • Teachable and open to learning new ways of doing ministry
