Jesus said "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations."

We aim to be world Christians by praying, giving, supporting and sending people to reach the nations for Jesus Christ.

Community Church is involved in world mission through supporting key strategic ministries, through the work of overseas missionaries, and through a school project in Kenya. We have a number of people working overseas with mission agencies including Operation Mobilization (OM) http://www.om.org.au and Youth With A Mission (YWAM) http://www.ywam.org. Others are involved in prayer teams, and in providing practical and financial support.

Across the continents we have:

two families helping poor and neglected people in practical ways with a holistic presentation of the gospel

a couple formerly involved in the training of cross cultural workers now serving full time to nurture, equip and encourage leaders and national workers in their regions

a lady who has worked for many years planting and building up churches. She continues in this ministry and also in developing new workers for the task

several other couples providing those on the front line with logistics support in a number of critical areas.

Several others are currently preparing for cross cultural ministry overseas.

Graham Roberts is the founding pastor of CCH and along with his wife Frieda have always been very focused on international mission work to release their natural talents with people.

"We began our international ministries in 1967 as members of OMF International, initially for one year in Singaporean and Malaysian churches while preparing to serve in Indonesia, and then in Indonesian churches and Bible colleges.  After these years we were called to serve two Sydney churches.  Following seven years in the pastorate, we joined Operation Mobilisation and served for 15 years as trainers and encouragers of Christian workers, especially in Europe and Australia.  Since April 2003, we have been serving together as a family partnership under the name Equip & Encourage International.http://www.equipandencourageintl.net.au/
