For the last 10 years, Community Church Hornsby has been presenting one of Hornsby's major Christmas activities, Carols in the Park (in front of Hornsby Pool, opposite the Council Chambers). It has certainly proven to be an extremely popular event, with thousands of people filling Hornsby Park for a great family evening of music, dance and community Carol singing.

Carols in the Park 2010 will be held on Saturday 11th December. The pre-show activities (face painting, balloon animals, fairy floss etc) and BBQ begin from 6pm with the main program from 7:30.

Whilst we presently receive a small event donation from Hornsby Council rising event costs have created an opportunity to seek to broaden our partnership with local businesses which will enable us to present the best possible event.

This year we are providing a limited amount of advertising space in the song book as well as on the big screen. We distribute song books to approximately 2,000 people, who then sit there with them in their hands for around 1.5 to 2 hours. The promotional potential for companies to profile their products and community value is excellent.

Our preference would be to offer an exclusive sponsorship arrangement which could be negotiated to include exclusivity for naming and signage rights. This would include other privileges normally attached to such an arrangement. These would be fully negotiated to ensure that the Sponsor gains maximum exposure during the event. This year we have three levels of sponsorship available.

Gold Sponsorship $500

Silver Sponsorship $200

Bronze Sponsorship $100

Gold Sponsorship:

• Individual colour advertisement on big screens (appearing at least 4 times, running before and after the main program) " Half page black and white advertisement in the A5 song book

• Company logo and hyperlink on the CCH website

• The right to prominently display 2 moderately sized signs, flags or banners at the shared sponsor area.

Silver Sponsorship:

• Shared colour advertisement on big screens (appearing at least 4 times, running before and after the main program)

• Quarter page black and white advertisement in the A5 song book

• Company logo recognition on the CCH website

Bronze Sponsorship:

• Inclusion on sponsor list on big screens (appearing at least 4 times, running before and after the main program)

• 65mm x 45mm (1/8 page) black and white advertisement in the A5 song book

• Company recognition on the CCH website
