Core Values
Our Core Values form the resonating heartbeat that pervades our church, and coupled with our union through Christ, guide us in all our collective expressions of Ministry, Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, Outreach, and Government.
They aren’t values we’ve chosen – they reflect who we are!
Authenticity
Who we are as individuals and as a team comes from our genuine day-to-day walk with God. If we live behind a mask, we miss the life of blessing God has for us.
Integrity
We believe in living as Christ would have us, morally upright and being honest and open in our dealings with each other.
Creativity
We seek to release our God given creativity in every area of our personal and corporate life. Our desire is to create and maintain an environment of encouragement and enthusiasm, where giftedness and creativity is nurtured tobecome mature ministry.
Excellence
We believe that excellence honours God. By giving to him our very best, we show that worship is at the heart of all we do and say. So we strive to do the best we can with what we have.
